Next Step Services
Small-business owner reviewing the workday

Small-business marketing for owners who got quoted by the big agencies and walked.

About 80% of what a full marketing team would deliver, at about 20% of the cost. Foundation $695 a month. Month-to-month, no contracts. One person runs it: Adam.

The first conversation is free. No pitch deck, no hoops. Adam reads every inquiry himself and replies the same business day.

THE SYSTEM

How this works in three steps

01

Talk.

Send a short message about what you do and where you're located. No pitch deck, no pressure. Adam reads every inquiry himself and replies the same business day. If we're not the right fit, Adam will say so.

02

Build.

Once you sign on, setup runs $1,500 to $5,000 one time depending on tier. We build a real website designed to turn visitors into calls, not a template you fill in. We set up your Google Business Profile, put real local SEO in place, and give you a personal email line for sending photos and updates straight to Adam.

03

Run.

AI handles the boring 80% of the work: research, drafting, posts to your Google listing, monitoring, monthly reporting. Adam handles the strategy, the editing, and the judgment calls. Monthly management runs $695 to $2,495 depending on tier, month-to-month, no contracts.

Pricing on the page

Most agencies in this price range hide pricing. We don't. Foundation $695 a month, $1,500 setup. Capture $1,495 a month, $2,500 setup. Full Stack $2,495 a month, $5,000 setup. The number on the page is the number on your invoice.

The pricing page lists what's in every tier, line by line. No "and more."

What we run for you

We build and run marketing systems for small service businesses. The full stack is the product: site, search, AI content, reviews, follow-up. Pick the entry point that fits.

Pick the trade you run

Same prices, same month-to-month terms across trades.

If you've been burned before

If you paid an agency $2,000 a month for six months and got nothing you can point to, here's how this works differently:

The price is on the page.

Foundation $695 a month plus $1,500 setup. Capture $1,495 a month plus $2,500 setup. Full Stack $2,495 a month plus $5,000 setup. No "call for pricing." No booking a call just to learn the number.

Month-to-month, no lock.

No 6-month contract, no 12-month contract. Cancel anytime. The contract isn't what keeps you. If the work isn't producing, you can leave next month.

A one-page report each month.

What was done, what changed, what's next. If a month goes by and you can't tell what we did, the report is broken and we'll fix it.

Where you start depends on what you need

Three tiers, all month-to-month. Pick the one that matches where your business is.

Foundation

$695 /month

+ $1,500 one-time setup

  • Show up on Google, look like a real business.
  • Start here if you have nothing yet — or tried DIY and got nowhere.
Most popular

Capture

$1,495 /month

+ $2,500 one-time setup

  • Catch every lead, build your reputation.
  • For when calls come in but too many slip away unanswered.

Full Stack

$2,495 /month

+ $5,000 one-time setup

  • Grow revenue from existing customers, compete in AI search.
  • For an established business ready to grow repeat revenue.

All tiers month-to-month. No long-term contract, no hidden fees.

Curious what each tier actually covers? The pricing page lists every line item.

What AI does, what Adam does

The price works because the work splits cleanly. AI handles research, content drafting, posts to your Google listing, monitoring, and reporting. That's the boring 80% that most agencies pay junior marketers to grind through. Adam handles the strategy, the editing, and the judgment calls AI cannot make.

You're paying for what only a person can do, plus the AI tooling that handles the rest. Not a SaaS platform you log into. We run the system, you don't operate it. One person at the wheel, with AI doing the lifting underneath.

Common questions

How is your pricing so much lower than other agencies?
AI does about 80% of the production work: research, drafting, monitoring, reporting. That's the work agencies pay junior marketers to do. Adam handles the strategy, editing, and judgment calls AI cannot make. The cost savings get passed through to the price. You're paying for what only a person can do, plus the AI tooling that handles the rest.
What does "done-for-you" actually mean?
You don't log into anything. You don't write content. You don't post to Google. You get a one-page report at the end of each month showing what was done, what changed, and what's next.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Monthly management is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. Setup is a one-time project with a defined scope. The contract isn't what keeps you. If the work stops producing, you can leave next month.
Will I talk to a salesperson or to Adam?
Adam. He answers every inquiry. There is no sales team because there is no team. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Can I talk to a current client?
Honest answer: not yet under this name. Next Step Services is a new shop, and you won't find a wall of invented testimonials here. What you get instead: Adam's 20 years of doing this work, prices published on the page, a written scope you read before signing, and month-to-month terms so you can leave if it isn't working.
What does the monthly report look like?
One page. Plain English. What was done, what changed, what's next. No 12-page PDF, no jargon, no dashboard you have to learn. If you can't tell from the report what you're paying for, the report is broken and we'll fix it.

Send a quick message. Adam reads every one.

No pitch deck, no pressure. The first conversation is free. Tell us what you do and where you're located. Adam replies the same business day.
