LOCAL SEO

Local SEO that gets you found, not just reported on

Search engine optimization marketing services for sole proprietors and small Ohio shops who paid an agency once, got a slick PDF report, and never got a call. We do the actual work, show you what was done, and start at $695 a month.

If your phone is too quiet and the last SEO retainer ended with you wondering what you paid for, this page is the honest version. The work is the same handful of things every SEO shop sells. We do them, write them down, and keep them current. The price stays small because AI handles the research and drafting, and Adam handles the strategy and judgment calls.

What you get in our marketing SEO service

storefront

Google Business Profile setup and ongoing maintenance

We claim or clean up the listing on the map, fix the categories, photos, and service list, and keep it current every month. Most local search starts there.

rocket_launch

Real local SEO from day one

Not a "strategy deck" delivered in week six. The actual ranking work begins in week one and continues every month for as long as you stay.

format_list_bulleted

Citation consistency across directories

Your name, address, and phone number get spelled the same way in every directory Google checks. Sounds boring. Local rankings live and die on it.

article

Content updates that keep you alive on Google

Blog posts, location pages, and refreshes to existing pages so the site does not fall asleep. Stale pages slide down the rankings, and this is what stops that.

build

Site maintenance

Software updates, backups, and security. The boring infrastructure that keeps the site online and out of the spam filter.

analytics

Monthly one-page report

What was done, what moved, what is next. One page. Plain English. No 40-page PDF.

THE PROCESS

How the work actually happens

01

Audit and setup

Weeks 1 to 2. We claim the Google Business Profile or clean up the one you have. We pull your current rankings for a baseline so you can see what moves. We audit the site for the things that drag local rankings down: slow pages, broken links, missing pages, duplicate content. The baseline numbers go in the first monthly report so there is a starting line you can point at six months from now.

02

Foundation work

Weeks 3 to 6. The Google Business Profile gets fully optimized. Categories, services, photos, posts. Citations get cleaned up across the major directories. The first batch of new content goes live. Google Search Console gets set up so we can read what people are actually searching when they find you, and adjust the work to match.

03

Monthly rhythm

Ongoing. New Google Business Profile posts go up. New content gets published. Citations get expanded as we find new local directories worth being in. Rankings get tracked. AI does the research, the drafting, and the monitoring. Adam does the editing, the judgment calls, and the strategy. The owner stays out of it unless they want to be in it.

04

Monthly report

End of every month. One page. What was done, what moved, what is next, and a note on anything Google changed that affects your business. No charts you cannot read. No metrics that are not connected to phone calls.

FAQ

How long until I see results? expand_more
Local pack rankings, the map results when someone searches for "plumber near me," often move within 30 to 60 days for less competitive markets. Organic search rankings work on a 3 to 6 month curve. Reviews start coming in as soon as the request system is on. Google Business Profile metrics, like how many people called or got directions from the listing, show movement in the first month or two. We send a one-page report every month so you can see the trend, not just the result. The pages we publish today are usually paying off six months from now, which is why we start the work in week one and not when a strategy doc is signed off.
How is your pricing so much lower than other SEO firms? expand_more
AI does about 80% of the production work. The keyword research, the content drafting, the monitoring, the report writing. That is the work other search engine optimization firms pay junior staff to do. Adam handles the strategy, the editing, and the judgment calls AI cannot make, which is the work that actually steers your account. The cost savings get passed to the price. You are paying for what only a person can do, plus the AI tooling that handles the rest. The result is an SEO marketing solution that scales for a small shop. A real marketing department for a small business runs $8,000 to $15,000 a month between an in-house marketer, freelancers, and tools. We deliver about 80% of what that team would deliver, at about 20% of the cost.
Do I need a new website to do SEO? expand_more
Usually no. Most websites need technical fixes, content updates, and on-page tuning, not a rebuild. We work on the site you have. We fix slow pages, broken links, missing meta information, and pages that are not set up to rank. If the site is genuinely broken, built on a platform Google cannot read, stuck behind logins, or so old it cannot be repaired without making it worse, we will tell you, and you can look at the website-design page if you want to talk about that as a separate project. Most owners are surprised at how much can be done with the site they already paid for.
How is local SEO different from regular SEO? expand_more
Local SEO is the part that gets you found by people in your service area. The map listing, the Google Business Profile, the citations across local directories, the location pages on your site. Regular SEO is the broader category that includes everything beyond a service area. For most service businesses, local is what brings the calls. Most online seo service offers either focus on one or the other, and the broad-SEO version is usually overpriced for a contractor or a small shop. We do the local part by default because that is where small service businesses live and where the money actually comes from.
Are there long-term contracts? expand_more
No. Monthly management is month-to-month. You can cancel any time. Setup is a one-time project with a defined scope and a fixed price written down before any work starts. We keep clients by producing results, not by locking them in. The pricing page lists every line item so there are no add-on charges later.
Will you guarantee rankings? expand_more
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings on Google, and any firm that says they can is either lying or about to. Google updates its ranking system several times a year, and a guarantee written today is a guarantee that may not survive the next update. What we will do is show you what was done each month, what moved, and what did not. If something is not working, we figure out why and fix it. Month-to-month means you are not stuck. That is the version of a guarantee we can actually keep.
