GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE
The Google listing on the map is half the game for a local service business. Most customers pick from the map before they ever see a website. We make sure yours claims the traffic, stays current, and actually converts. Done-for-you from $695 a month.
How the local search actually works
A homeowner Googles "plumber near me" or "HVAC repair near me." Google shows a map with three listings at the top, called the local pack. Those three listings are Google Business Profile entries—the map version of your business listing. Below the map are regular search results (websites). Most people look at the map first. Most calls come from the local pack.
Your Google Business Profile is the listing that shows up on that map. It includes your photos, hours, reviews, service areas, and phone number. If it's claimed, accurate, and current, it's doing half the work of getting calls. If it's wrong, abandoned, or unverified, you're losing calls to competitors whose profiles look active.
This is why a Google Business Profile is separate from SEO work. SEO gets you ranked in Google search. A Google Business Profile gets you on the map. Together, they cover both ways customers find you.
We claim the listing in your name, verify ownership with Google, and set up all the basics: categories, service areas, hours, phone, photos, and the service list.
Google has dozens of category options and most business owners pick the wrong ones. We set the primary and secondary categories so you show up for the right searches. Service lists get filled in so customers can see exactly what you offer.
Automated SMS or email requests after completed jobs. One-click review links. Adam responds to reviews (positive and negative) on your behalf so every review gets a professional answer.
Hours stay correct. Photos stay current. Categories stay accurate. Descriptions don't drift. GBP is a living thing that needs attention; we keep it running.
We set up a photo request system after every job so current work feeds the profile. A profile with last month's photos ranks higher than one with three-year-old ones. Fresh photos close deals.
Customers ask questions directly on the profile. We answer them same-day with the info that converts (hours, service areas, pricing frameworks). Unanswered questions hurt you.
THE PROCESS
Week 1. We claim your Google Business Profile in your name or clean up the one that is already there (wrong hours, wrong categories, missing photos). You get an email asking you to verify that this is your business. After verification, we own the day-to-day.
Weeks 2 to 3. We load all the basics: primary and secondary categories, complete service list, service areas, hours, photos, description. We make sure the profile matches your actual business, not some default template.
Weeks 3 to 4. Photo request system goes live so jobs automatically feed photos to the profile. Review request system goes live so every completed job gets an SMS or email asking for a review. The profile becomes a production system, not a static listing.
Ongoing. Photos stay current. Hours stay correct. Reviews get answered. Q&A gets managed. Posts go up (if you are on Tier 2 or higher). The profile stays active and visible, not abandoned.
Send a quick message about what you do and where you are located. Adam reads every inquiry and replies the same business day. No pitch deck. No pressure. If we are not the right shop, we will say so.
